Strange reason women get Chikungunya more than men

The reason why women, who tend to spend more time at home than man, are more likely to be infected by Chikungunya might sound peculiar but is actually true.

The reason is that, Chikungunya, which is ordinarily transmitted by the daytime biting "aedes aegypti" mosquitoes - are actually lazy.

These infected mosquitoes don;t like to travel far, says research.
