The Delhi High Court on Friday pushed aside the lawsuit filed by actress Juhi Chawla towards the putting up of 5G wireless networks in the country. The Court order stated that she abused the procedure of law. The court imposed a fine of 20 lakhs, in accordance to news organisation ANI.
As per order, the Delhi High Court stated that "it seems that the suit was for publicity". It stated Juhi Chawla circulated the link of the hearing on social media which created disruption thrice. "Delhi Police shall discover the people and take action towards those who created disruption," the court added.
Few days back, Juhi Chawla had sought a route to the authorities to certify to the public at massive that how 5G technology is safe to humans, animals and every kind of living organism, plant life and fauna.
However, throughout the first hearing, the court termed as 'defective' the lawsuit and said it was filed for 'media publicity'. It additionally questioned Chawla for submitting the suit except giving any illustration to the authorities on her issues associated to the technology.
