Mandira Bedi has claimed that she feels ready to start a family.
The 37-year-old actress, who married filmmaker Raj Kaushal in 1999, said that she wants to be a mother as soon as possible.
"I am totally ready to experience the joys of motherhood and I am mentally geared up for it. In my head, I am ready for it. The sooner it happens, the better," Real Bollywood quotes her as saying.
She added: "It will be a little difficult for me as I don’t have a lot of family support in Mumbai. My parents live in Delhi and my in-laws stay in US."
